Description:
Epala II picks up where Epala I pauses and invites participants to experience the Epala way on the next level by exploring limiting beliefs that subconsciously keep forward progress toward vision, passion and dreams. The Epala herd will facilitate a process of clearing and releasing thoughts, emotions and actions that block establishing partnerships with the herd for optimal ability to feel strong, confident and joyful.

Focus:

To continue the Epala journey of expansion and transformation through interaction, connection and partnership with the Epala herd. What are your gifts? What is your purpose for being here and being with horses? Often our limiting beliefs block us from going to the next level of what we can experience and create and horses will respond to these limiting beliefs long before we are even conscious of them. Horses can also confirm and acknowledge when we have moved beyond and reconfigured our beliefs such that they now serve us in creating meaningful partnerships with them.

What you will experience:

With a base line understanding of the Seven Aspects of Horse/Human Consciousness in mind, you will begin to work with the Epala herd both on the ground and riding in order to realize the limiting beliefs that your subconscious has programmed into your day to day reality. These beliefs that for the most part no longer serve you can block the ability to fully participate in partnership with the Epala herd. As prey animals, the Epala herd is sensitive to the physiology that accompanies limiting beliefs. By spending time with the horses both on the ground and on their backs you will begin to reprogram your own beliefs about what is your truth and the horses will respond!

You will:

Spend time with the Epala herd on the ground and riding (no previous riding experience necessary).

Learn how to incorporate applied kinesiology to identify limiting beliefs that block your ability to engage in balanced partnership with the horses.

Learn how horses will respond to your energetic signature long before they respond to your behaviors.

Learn Equine Facilitated Emotional Freedom techniques for replacing limiting beliefs with intention and thoughts that attract what you desire in partnership with horses.

Learn what it means to be on the back of a horse and how the horse understands that partnership.

Learn how to invite, accept and honor partnership with horses whether on the ground or on their backs.

Outcome:

At the conclusion of the Epala II workshop you will have had the opportunity to explore how limiting beliefs that are stored in your subconscious mind impact and influences your ability to create a partnership with both horses and humans. You will know and be able to apply Equine Facilitated Emotional Freedom techniques when you return home to your own horses and to your day today endeavors.
